  15.      The _s_m_t_i_n_f_o command displays the contents of configuration or operation
  16.      Station Information Frames (SIFs) for a specified FDDI station.
  17.  
  18.      The options have the following meaning:
  19.  
  20.      ----cccc   Show station configuration information for the specified host.
  21.  
  22.      ----oooo   Show station operation information for the specified host.
  23.  
  24.      ----vvvv   Show the SMT versions supported by the SMT on the specified host.
  25.           This option is the default.
  26.  
  27.      ----dddd   Show some debugging information of no interest to anyone except the
  28.           maintainers of the smtinfo command and smtd daemon.

  30.      ----IIII _i_n_t_e_r_f_a_c_e
  31.           Use _i_n_t_e_r_f_a_c_e to get and display FDDI SMT station information.  The
  32.           _i_n_t_e_r_f_a_c_e is a string of the form ``name unit'', for example,
  33.           ``ipg0''.  The default is set to the station's primary interface
  34.  
  35.      _a_d_d_r_e_s_s
  36.           is the MAC address or host name of a remote FDDI station.  The MAC
  37.           address format is 6 hexadecimal numbers separated by colons (e.g.,
  38.           8:0:69:1f:a:6d).  If a host name is specified, its MAC address is
  39.           obtained from /_e_t_c/_e_t_h_e_r_s or the NIS _e_t_h_e_r_s._b_y_n_a_m_e map.
